RETURN/REFUND POLICIES
Although we make every effort to ship only the freshest of foods and pack our baskets with the utmost care, sometimes accidents can happen. If you receive any damaged merchandise or food that is not up to your standards, please let us know within 5 days of receipt. We will work with you to replace any products – we want your gift getting experience to be only the best. A full refund within 5 days of receipt will be given if you are completely dissatisfied with the product. It must be returned in the same condition as it was received.
DELIVERY AND SHIPPING
Our average shipping time is 1 to 2 business days. If for some reason your basket choice is not available for shipment in this timely manner, we will e-mail or call you to let you know. We ship from Oakland California to anywhere within the continental United States. Alaska, Hawaii and any international shipments please call to make arrangements.
