I know I am exquisite to look at but please don't let me sit around too long as I come with the freshest of foods and I want you to enjoy them at their best. If you find your biscotti is broken, don't fret darling, authentic biscotti is supposed to be hard when fresh so they do have a tendency to crack (just like my nerves at times).
