Story Buon Giorno. My name is Gino and it is great to meet you. You know that in the smaller towns of Italy, no one eats alone. Everyone in the neighborhood is included in the daily Italian feasts and everyone contributes to the meal. That’s the way I like it to be in my home and my door is always open. Today, I come to your home and bring you my freshest of ingredients so please eat them right away. If your biscotti is broken, I apologize, but as my grandmother taught me, biscotti when fresh can crack easily. Mangia, it tastes just as good! Please, if anything is not up to your freshness standards, please let my cousins at BellaChesta know. They take much pride in what they share with friends.
