| Story | Good morning. My name is Betty and I am your new gift basket. It is a pleasure to meet you. You know breakfast is the most important meal of the day and I am always up at the crack of dawn preparing something special. Today's recipe is one of my grandmother's best. Take your traditional pancake recipe and add about a cup of Ricotta cheese. Fold it in ever so delicately and, voila. Light, delicate and yummy. Be sure to preheat your syrup - it would never do to serve such a delicacy with cold syrup! I know I am a beauty and great to look at but please don't let me sit around too long as I come with the freshest of foods and I want you to enjoy them at their best. If your biscotti is broken, well I apologize but my grandmother's biscotti when fresh was always hard and cracked very easily. That's authentic! If there is anything that does not meet your freshness standards please let the young ladies at BellaChesta know. They take pride in what they put into their baskets.
